By using the A/C systems with hose reels it is possible to pick up any exhaust gas emissions, coming from vehicles with running motors in the workshop, preserving a healthy environment and facilitating the work of the operators.

The extruded aluminium selfsupporting duct is the central element for the collection and conveying of vehicle exhaust gases form the work site to the external atmosphere. It is modular and therefore creates extremely flexible systems, easily adaptable to any any need without causing problems to the various work stations.

The steel plate centrifugal suction unit operates with backward blade fan wheels ensuring high air intake and average prevalence even with the use of long flexbile hoses. It is particularly suitable for suctioning clean, slightly dusty or damp air, fumes and vapours. The perfect profile of the steel plate worm screw keeps the intake performance as well as the noise level unchanged by decreasing vibrations and stress, this also in part due to the perfect static and dynamic balabnce of the fan wheel. The type of construction used for the entire system guarantees strength and long life without any special maintenance requirements. The supplied motors, of various powers, are IP55 three phase multivoltage and comply with IEC regulations.
The steel plate fans furthermore eliminate the risk of sparks.

The centrifugal die cast aluminium electric fan with the use of curved forward or open blades guarantees small air intakes with average prevalence and is particularly suitable for exhaust gas suction, for industrial suctions of automatic machines and plastic materials and granulating machines. The electric fans have a strong die cast aluminium screw using steel fan wheels, statically and dynamically balanced. The supplied motors, of various powers, are IP three phase multi-voltage abd comply with IEC regulations. The electric fans con be supplied, on request, as anti-spark type, with polishers on the non rotating walls potentially in contact with the fan out of ferrous material, and for high temperatures with cooling fan up to 250°.

The wall mounted suction systems inclusive of a fan with backward blade fan wheel and anti-crush hoses of various lengths are the simplest design and least expensive solution for equipping work stations with limited space but with the need of a vehicle exhaust gas suction system.

The portable suction systems, composed by a height adjustable steel plate centrifugal fan on wheels, can be easily moved around any garage to meet all needs of the various workstations. Collected gases are conveyed to the external environment through a 125°C (257°F) heat resistant hose.

This system gives the opportunity to underfloor canalize an exhaust gas collecting hosing (at the user’s care). In this way there will be only a small part of the tube coming out of the trap to be connected to the vehicle exhaust-pipe thus leaving the working area of the workshop free from hindering hoses.

Rubber vents make it possible to quickly connect suction hoses with the vehicle exhaust terminal without any risk of damaging the car body and with a high level of flexibility conforming to the different shapes given by the used material. The greatest care given to the use of certified materials and to the guaranteed production cycles puts us into the position to be the only company in the industry to certify vents.

The stainless steel vents make it possible to quickly connect suction hoses with the vehicle exhaust terminal, with a wide range of application for the various requirements. All models are made out of material with long-lasting resistance to pollutants. They are very flexible and can therefore be used even to solve problems relevant to special types of vehicles.
