GGE can produce suction hoods according to various mechanical and plant engineering.
Hoods are classified in 3 types:
The “closed hoods” represent the most effective system and they must be preferred as the necessary airflow is lower.
The “receiving hoods” are produced so as to catch the pollutant agents interposing on the “way” of the pollutant liquid mass.
The “catching hoods” are adopted in the processes where an operator must necessarily intervene in the interested area.

The arm is articulated on more axes and it disposes of adjustable stop clutches, in order to guarantee an extreme manageability. The self-supporting structure is made up of a pantograph system balanced by one or more springs that, when opportunely calibrated, give lightness and ease of movement.
The structure is completed with rigid suction tubes in aluminium alloy joined together by means of flexible thermo-resistant and self-extinguishing pipes.
A special fifth-wheeled rotating support allows the arm a 360° rotation.
The arm is prearranged for the direct assembly on cabinet or wall-mounted with the aid of a special bracket.

The series of our ZB suction benches finds a large use in the industrial sector.
Together with proper filters, these benches can be used in the burring, grinding, welding, sticking, blowing and deodorisation processes.
They are made in painted iron sheet, electro-welded or bolted so as to give to the structure a strength which is capable to support high loads.
Moreover, the accuracy in their realization enables the complete collection of polluting agents, thus avoiding the inhalation of these pollutants, which could otherwise undermine the health of the operator.

The scope of our solutions is to safeguard the operators and the environment from injurious pollutants such as dusts, fumes, smells, solvents, noises, etc.  Principally the dangerous inhalations must be avoided for people working in the area of greatest risk as well as for the surrounding operators.
’Sandwich-shaped’’ sound-proofing panel produced as follows: Full galvanized sheet 12/10 - Sound-proofing and anti-noise material in mineral fibres (mineral wool) - Anti-wear and anti-dust layer - Finish in drilled sheet, thickness 10/10 o 15/10 holes of 8 mm.
The whole for a thickness of 60/80/100 mm.
Thanks to these materials, the panel ECO/BOX is fire-proofing, rot-proof, water-repellent and resistant to temperatures over 200° C.

It is common knowledge that during the metallic cutting operations fumes and dusts are produced, which are very harmful for people working in the workplace and which damage the delicate control systems which the cut plants are equipped with.
The development of the fume and dust principally occurs under the cut-off plane and it is limited to blowpipes.
GGE produces a bench modular series which is suitable for this type of working. These benches can be combined with our cartridge filters, FINPOL series.

The metal-enclosed ducts are used in such applications where the mobility of a suction element is required, like an arm, a hood, a flexible, etc. For example, the installation of our ELEFANTINO arm on the sliding element enables to suck fumes or dusts in not fixed positions or on workings of very long manufactures. Another typical application is on welding robots, where the collecting element is constrained to the head of the robot which, during the working, drags it longitudinally.
The BLIND series is built in robust painted steel sheet and it presents an incision with two rubber lips which produce the tightening. The mobile element on which the capturing elements can be fixed slides on the incision.
