| Products : FILTERS FOR FUMES, MISTS AND DUSTS |
|
| Modular filters for oil and emulsion mists, fumes and dusts |
|
|
| DEVID FILTER Modular filters for welding fumes |
|
The series DEVID represents an economic solution, when filtration besides the suction is necessary, of welding fumes (or effluents with very low dust concentrations) before being expelled into the atmosphere.
It is then used as final purifier in small and big installations, thanks to its modularity. |
| AIRSOL High efficiency modular filters |
|
Our series of AIRSOL purifiers has been specifically conceived for the depuration of various pollutants according to the type of filtering unit which has been used. The series is available in different measures and it is modulable based on the air capacity and the type of application.
AIRSOL series is characterized by a very accurate execution (galvanized or painted plate) and a high filtering efficiency, thanks to the high qualitative standard of the filters which have been used. They represent one of the most advanced solutions in the field of depuration.
Purified air can be recycled in the work environment with a consequent energy saving. |
| AIRSOL/OIL Modular filters for emulsion mists |
|
Droplet separators, metallic pre-filters, high efficiency compact filters. |
| AIRSOL/STERIL Modular filters with absolute filters |
|
High efficiency absolute filters (99.99%), compact filter H13, acrylic pre-filter. |
| AIRSOL/POL P - PT Modular filters for dusts in low concentration |
|
Bag filter F742 or F741, acrylic pre-filter, metallic pre-filter. |
| AIRSOL/DRY D - DT Modular filters for painting dusts |
|
PAINT STOP filters with board or galvanized frame. |
| AIRSOL/CARB C - CL Modular filters with activated carbons |
|
Filters with activated carbon cartridges. |
| AIRSOL/CARB CF - CLF Modular filters with activated carbons and bag filters |
|
Filters with activated carbon cartridges and bag filter. |
| AIRSOL/CAT Filters for emulsion mists |
|
The line AIRSOL/CAT is used on machine tools where the installation of centralized plants with ejection into the atmosphere is not necessary or compulsory.
AIRSOL/CAT has been planned in order to suppress the emulsion mists, vapours or fumes deriving from the mechanical workings with coolant.
The filtration occurs on 3 stages which enable efficiencies up to 99,5% (DOP). |
| SMOG-HOG Modular electrostatic filters |
|
The series of SMOG-HOG suction filter groups uses the electrostatic filtration, one of the most effective suppression systems in the field of air purification. The SMOG-HOG has an increased length of the ionizing wire, a greater density ionizing field, a collection tank with greater surface and better inner baffle plates. The all is arranged so as to allow a filtration with the highest possible efficiency in a two-stage electrostatic precipitator. The air purification systems with electrostatic system SMOG-HOG can be sized based on the effective necessities of airflow. The range is available in many executions. With its several compact configurations, the SMOG-HOG can be used for a variety of assembly dispositions: assembled on machine, ceiling, wall or column. Moreover it can be installed in already existing heating systems, ventilation and conditioning. |
| SMOG-HOG/ASP Modular electrostatic filters |
|
The line SH/ASP is used on machine tools where the installation of centralized plants with ejection into the atmosphere is not necessary or compulsory.
The electrostatic-type filter has been planned in order to suppress the internal oil mists deriving from the mechanical workings.
Filtration occurs by means of an electrostatic Pelley-type filter.
The construction is made in strong carbon steel sheet, painted. |

| AIRSOL filter operating principle |
Polluted air reaches the settling room where it undergoes a considerable speed decrease. The kinetic energy of particles diminishes and therefore, due to the force of gravity, they fall to the bottom.
After this first suppression, air passes through a droplet separator and a metallic filter, thus obtaining a suppression of the pollutant between 60% and 80%.
Air goes through a special fibreglass filter which enables a filtering efficiency equal to 95% (EU9).
Afterwards air crosses the fan and it goes out through the special hole.
