The exhauster is open-bladed with coaxial motor. The lower collection sacks are made of nylon.

The POLVOS series is used as separator of dust and light, dry and not incandescent chips (wood, aluminium, etc).
They are mobile devices, constituted by a suction group fixed to one or two rings made of steel sheet metal based on the model. The structure is anchored to a sheet metal base equipped with wheels for an easy handling also full-load on levelled surfaces. The rotor of the device is electronically balanced and is shrouded directly on the crankshaft to avoid power losses due to the transmission. |

The electric fan model ECO HOBBY is a mobile machine, used as a suppressor of dust and not incandescent chips.
It finds application, for example, coupled with small machines for wood, paper and aluminium working.
The suction unit is anchored to a robust base made of painted sheet equipped with wheels. This allows an easy handling also when the lower sack is full.
The rotor is balanced and directly shrouded on the crankshaft.
The sucked material is pushed into the collection sack; the finest dusts are held from the upper filtering sack. |

| POLVOS operating principle |
The sucked material passes through the suction union.
While the heaviest bodies deposit on the bottom of the container, lighter volatile dusts and materials are picked up by the surface of the filter.
Air is directed upwards and goes out through the upper sack.
Dust removal on the surface of the sacks is manually done, simply by shaking them. |
