Simple and robust construction, ZINCO SEC booth offers, with the difference of the traditional painting water booths, a high-efficiency filtering dry system (more than 90-95%) which enables a high storage of dusts. The modular building system drastically reduces the costs of purchase and maintenance and, for its rationality, it allows an easiness of installation which is accessible to everyone. An important characteristic is the inlet air speed to the booth (0,45 m/s ±5%) which protects the operator from every possible inhalation of the pollutant. PAINT STOP filters, produced with a high resistant glass fibre and a progressive density, have very low pressure drops and therefore they don’t require the installation of high powers, guaranteeing in this way a remarkable energy saving. The filtering system is able to considerably reduce the harmful emissions in the atmosphere, below the limit values.
