MTV Wall extractors

The MTV series is made up of extractors which are ideal when very high air capacities are required.
The fan, with an exclusive design, is self-cleaning and enables to get maximum efficiencies. The body and the air conveyor (Venturi) are in strong galvanized steel sheet, whereas the fan is available in stainless steel, galvanized steel and pre-varnished, galvanized steel.
The fan with six blades is statically and dynamically balanced so as to minimize vibrations as well as noise.
The coupling with the engine can be transmission-driven or direct, according to the model.

VDL - VDV - VDV/LEX - VDQ Exhausters

Wall-mountable helical electric fans, with shaped conveyor made of pressed steel sheet, varnished with epoxy powder. Light alloy die-cast hub.
Fan with blades in: MOPLEN or GLASS/NYLON.

TE Extraction towers

Towers series TE are planned for the extraction of air in industrial environments, zootechnical and productive breedings, in general. The range is produced in order to unify the anchor structures to numerous ventilating bodies and enables to satisfy the installation requirements with the most varied covering typologies. The support structure and the cover are made of polyester resin, reinforced with fibreglass which makes the diffusers particularly suitable for the permanent exposure the atmospheric agents.

MT Evaporative coolers

MT humidifiers are machines destined to air humidification and cooling for the control of the humidity and the temperature in closed places.
They are particularly suitable in greenhouses and breeding.

DT - TR Centrifugal fans

Thanks to the large experience matured in the field of air movement, GGE has successfully developed the Fan Division, offering an advanced product, which answers to the many applications to which it is destined.
GGE produces centrifugal fans able to cover a wide range of airflows and heads. The series production foresees various models with transmission-driven and direct coupling. We can produce, upon request, special fans, fans made of stainless steel, fans in plastic materials or covered with plastic materials.
At the same time, we are able to supply accessories such as flow regulators (DAPO’, butterfly valves, inverters, motors and counter flanges).

 In depth
 Centrifugal and axial fans

Centrifugal fans are most used for centralized plants, even where the transport of material is necessary.
Different varieties of blades enable to cover a wide range of requirements with regard to capacities, heads and typology of pollutant to be transported. The most used centrifugal fans are those with blades bent forward, which are characterized by a more compact and light construction. For higher capacity and pressure requirements you can prefer models with blades bent backwards, which offer more efficiency.
For the suction of chips or in any case heavy materials, open-bladed fans are used.

Axial fans are subdivided into two types:
- propeller-driven, for free-inlet operation (an example is given by the typical wall or window models);
- ducted, for operation in centralized plants.
The typical use of propeller fans is the wall or window installation, to ventilate a room; the rotor is usually directly coupled with the engine. Air capacities can vary from few hundreds to many thousands of cubic meters. The maximum static pressure generally doesn’t exceed 10-15 mm H2O.
Axial ducted fans develop static pressures and efficiencies which are considerably higher than the previous ones.
You can get pressure values till 100 mm H2O with air capacities of many thousands of cubic meters.
The coupling of the engine can be direct (in this case the engine is in direct contact with the airflow) or transmission-driven (the engine is installed outside the tube and coupled with the rotor through straps and pulleys).
