The suction filter groups, SMOG series, use one of the more effective suppression system in the field of air purification: the electrostatic filter. The range is available in three executions which differ based on the type of polluting and to the efficiency of filtration.
The series SMOG/OIL foresees the high voltage connections of the cells of the electrostatic filter, externally. In this way disadvantages due to the deposit of oily pollutants are avoided on the insulators. Therefore it is suitable for the treatment of polluted air masses from emulsion mists, oil mists, micronizations and fumes.
The SMOG/S series foresees the high voltage connections of the electrostatic filter, internally. Application fields are therefore welding fumes, not explosive gas fumes, oxygen cuttings, fumes from plastic workings, extrusion fumes, paint pigments and micro-dusts.
Series ECO SMOG is an economic version where the electrostatic filter is less efficient of the previous ones, and therefore it is indicated in situations where the pollutants are present in lower concentrations.

The series of DEP TORCH purifiers has been planned in order to solve the problems of suction and purification of wire welding smokes.
Thanks to the new technical inventions like the torches and the suction masks, the purifier directly enables the picking up of smokes from the source before they arrive to the respiratory tract. The filters used in the DEP TORCH series allow very high uptake efficiencies and an almost total pulling down of the smokes.

The series of DCE air cleaners is suitable for the suction and cleaning of air in unforeseeable emplacements, and can guarantee the filtering of substances of various kinds, even with small percentage of dusts.
DCE air cleaners are used with excellent results for welding fumes, metallic fumes, gases, vapours, odours and low concentration micro-dusts.
Thanks to the filtering materials which are used, the dust collecting efficiency reaches a threshold of 99% and, with the use of suitable activated carbons, a total elimination of smells is achieved.
Cleaned air is directly recycled in the work environment, with a remarkable energy saving for the heating of rooms.

Activated carbon electro-suction filter for deodorizations. It must be used for small airflows in presence of smells and air with a low concentration of V.O.S.

Self-cleaning cartridge dust collectors with counter-current compressed air jet, of reduced dimensions compared to the high filtering surface which is available. The FINPOL series represents the latest answer to the problem of air pollution in the work environments. Used to replace the traditional bag filters, it enables, under the same dimensions, a filtering surface 20 times greater. The used cartridges are planned for being automatically cleaned using the counter-current compressed air washing system.
Filters of the FINPOL series are designed for a wide range of applications, from the small trolley to the big centralized plants and they offer a filtering efficiency of 99% with dusts > 1mm.
